Assistant ReStore Manager
Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant ReStore Manager to support the daily operations and continued success of our Berlin ReStore. This position serves as a key member of the ReStore leadership team and assists with supervising staff, coordinating volunteers, maintaining operational standards, improving sales performance, and ensuring an excellent experience for customers and donors. The Assistant ReStore Manager works closely with the ReStore Manager and provides leadership and operational support across all areas of the store. This position serves as a resource for staff and volunteers and helps ensure the store operates effectively when the ReStore Manager is unavailable.
