Office Manager / Operations Support
VT-HEC is a highly successful non-profit that for over 20 years has been providing professional development to educators and others who work to benefit Vermont’s youth. Our office is in Montpelier, but we offer our trainings in many locations throughout Vermont.
The office manager will play an essential role in the overall operations of VT-HEC, and will be our primary customer service liaison, providing support for registration, billing, and general inquiries. Additional responsibilities include helping to coordinate and staff our in-person and virtual events, providing communication and support for our events and keeping consistent business hours (email and phone) at our office in Montpelier.
Location: Montpelier, VT. Some telecommuting options are negotiable.
Time: 32-36 hours/week averaged over the year (considered full-time for benefits)
Compensation: $20-22 per hour, reviewed after 6 month probationary period
