Sherry works with her clients desires, abilities, inclinations, and internal resources to move them into action. Learning helps accelerate a person’s progress, and provides greater focus, clarity, and awareness of all the possibilities which exist to move into that, “How do I want to be” state of being.
She works with individual, groups (workshops) and workplace settings. One of her go to tools is the use of hypnosis to help create faster and long-lasting change. Sherry is also certified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
